From 26.02. From March 12th to 12th, 2022, the national javelin throwing elite met for the first training course in 2022. As in previous years, the goal was the Turkish coast. In the Gloria Sports Arena, the foundations for a successful 2022 season were laid in changeable weather conditions.
For me, the two weeks were all about throws. In addition to intensive strength sessions, we completed the maximum possible number of javelin throws to make up for missing hours with the javelin from the injury year 2021.
Typically for March, more explosive forms of training such as jumps and speed snatches have also taken their place in the training schedule.
